Celebrate the arrival of Spring through pressed flower exploration at Yoga Together!

This pressed flower workshop will introduce participants to the art & science of preserving botanical elements through flattening & drying techniques. Attendees will learn different pressing methods, explore composition strategies & leave with a framed pressed flower design reflecting growth. Each is mounted on handmade paper.

The guided workshop embraces the symbolism of balance & renewal associated with an Equinox, allowing participants to foster community & connect with the changing seasons in a creative way.
